Photos: 15-Foot, 1-Ton Great White Shark Tracked Off US Coast

A 15.5-foot great white shark with a mass of 2,076 pounds took researchers by surprise earlier this week after pinging off the coast of New Orleans, Louisiana, for the first time in its recorded history.
