PK Behind The Scenes: Aamir Khan says Bhojpuri is confusing

Aamir Khan upcoming movie PK will hit the big screen soon now. With the release dates coming closer, the filmmakers are leaving no stones unturned to promote the film. Here is another behind the scenes video from the PK team. The video talks about the efforts put in by Bollywood’s Mr. Perfectionist to learn Bhojpuri for his character in the movie.

As we all know, Aamir is keen about portraying every part of his role perfect to the T in his every film. His character in PK demanded Bhojpuri dialogues and to get his dialogues right, Khan hired a special coach for himself. Shanti Bhushan, Aamir’s Dialect Consultant trained the actor for nearly three to four months.

During the training Aamir used ask his coach to speak the sentences and he used to write them down. The Dhoom 3 star used to phonetically note down all the dialogues and then practice them accordingly. The video gives you an essence of the efforts put in by Aamir to effortlessly speak Bhojpuri dialogues for PK. Aamir admits that speaking the new language and giving the right expression is indeed confusing. Looks like, Khan has again raised the bar when it comes to getting all the work perfectly done for his movies.

Co-produced by Rajkumar Hirani, Vidhu Vinod Chopra and Siddharth Roy Kapur, PK also stars Sanjay Dutt, Anushka Sharma, Sushant Singh Rajput, Boman Irani and Saurabh Shukla. Slated for a December 19, 2014, the release of the film is rumoured to be a satirical drama on Hindu gods and godmen.
