Drunk driver launches a scooterist into the river

On April 4, 2020, on the Xiangyang Xiangjiang Bridge in Yueyang, Hunan Province, a small car ran out of control and drove an electric car driving along the roadside. The driver of the electric car crashed into the river, and his whereabouts are still unknown. After testing, the car driver Zhang Mou was drunk. Zhang is currently under criminal detention and the case is still being processed.
