Love Island’s Laura Whitmore and Iain Stirling get engaged after he proposes on holiday
LOVE Island’s Laura Whitmore and Iain Stirling are engaged after he popped the question on holiday.
Comedian Iain, 32, proposed to the Irish TV host, 34, in South Africa with a yellow diamond ring he had designed.
They were there in February after filming this year’s Winter Love Island, which she hosts and he narrates.
The couple told family and friends this month.
Speculation grew last week after Laura was seen out wearing a diamond engagement ring.
A friend said: “They couldn’t be happier. We’re thrilled for them.

“He’d obviously thought about it for a while, as he designed the ring and yellow’s her favourite colour.
“Their wedding plans are on hold due to the lockdown but it’s lovely to have a wedding to come.”
The pair’s representatives declined to comment.
