It started with a tweet at 10am on Saturday. A cancer patient in a village in Kannauj needed a medicine that wasn’t locally available. The appeal for help by a friend of his son set the police wheels rolling in Noida. Eight hours later, cops reached the door of Phool Singh in Palpur, 400km away, with the medicines he needed.
