Episode 4 of Hockey @ Home. Where has the time gone? Most importantly, how are you getting on with your hockey?

Each week, our junior members continue to create and share their hockey drills and skills to try at home during lockdown. It’s important to keep active!

With this in mind, Ben (BU14s) is up next and demonstrates his stick skills incorporating 3D elements. In other words, moving the ball quickly and lifting it to beat your opponent. Go ahead and practise during the week. Let us know how you get on!
