Concord: Police seek help finding dognapper who took 11-month-old puppy
CONCORD — Police are seeking the public’s help in finding an 11-month-old puppy who was stolen from his owners’ garage Saturday morning.
Max the puppy was stolen from his owners’ house on Montgomery Avenue about 10 a.m., and the alleged dognapper is described as an adult male wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt with red patches on the elbows, a dark ball cap, blue jeans, dark shoes and blue rubber gloves, police said.
The man can be seen carrying the puppy away from the area riding a gold and white bike in a video posted to the Concord Police Department’s Facebook page.
