Seinfeld: 10 Best Girlfriends Of Jerry And George That We'd All Love To Date

0

Jerry and George dated sophisticated and brilliant women on Seinfeld. A few examples in that direction would be Calvin Klein model Tia Van Camp and NBC executive Susan Ross, respectively. Since none of their relationships worked out in the long run, the women starred mostly as supporting cast members or guest stars.

Jerry was neurotically picky about his girlfriends. As for George, he couldn't stop blowing all his dates, one by one. Some of these female stars contributed to the most memorable plots on Seinfeld. It wouldn't be a bad idea to go over a few, now would it?

10 Jerry: Meryl

Meryl and Jerry argued like a married couple. But they did manage to resolve each of their conflicts successfully. Meryl was seen in "The Wife," as Jerry's partner. She was sleeping over at his place, they kept an I-love-you tally and she had the most infectious smile. She pretended to be married to Jerry to keep his dry cleaning discount.

Jerry cheated on Meryl by making another woman his discount-wife. Meryl handled the breakup gracefully, only never to be seen again. Letting go of Meryl was Jerry's peak of stupidity.

9 George: Diane DeConn

George dated a college mate Diane DeConn in "The Marine Biologist." Even though their relationship was based on a lie-- Diane was told George was a marine biologist, working with whales. It'd be hard not to admit that Diane and George did look perfect together. They went to the sea-side on their first date.

As fate would have it, a beached whale was struggling to breathe due to a blocked blowhole. George was forced to save the whale to keep up with the lie. Which means Diane had something to do with George's one good deed on the show.

8 Jerry: Laura

Laura played a tennis lineswoman on "The Lip Reader." She was every bit gorgeous and bedazzling. So much so Jerry could barely take his eyes off her. Laura was a good conversationalist and a pretty good lip reader. She gladly agreed to come to a party to read Gwen's lips for George.

Laura was more than her stunning looks, she was cool to hang out with. Her penchant for adventures and a sharp sense of humor were bonuses to her personality.

7 George: Mary Anne

Ah, the smart, compassionate professional who worked for the New York Visitors Center. Mary Anne mistook George for a tourist-- partly because George said he was from Little Rock, Arkansas. As a hardworking professional, she arranged visiting plans for George. The man kept pretending he was in town visiting.

It was exhilarating to see Mary Anne for telling George the city would eat him up. Since George behave stupidly in the big city, he had it coming. In order to maintain the lie, George pretended to move to New York, get an apartment and act responsibly for once in his life.

6 Jerry: Sheila

Sheila was seen in "The Soup Nazi." She had the qualities that would make one love a woman forever. She used a unique term of endearment on Jerry-- she called him Schmoopie.

This eventually led to the couple refer to each other as Schmoopie back and forth. Sheila was a breath of fresh air in Seinfeld's neurotic group dynamic. She made everything exciting, and lively, including eating at Monk's. But when it came down to it, the soup at the Soup Nazi's restaurant was too good.

5 George: Nina

It's good to mooch off a moocher. Especially when that moocher is a scrooge named George Costanza. Nina dated Georgie boy to get a free trip to India. Long before she and George dated, she'd had a fling with Jerry.

During her course of the relationship with Jerry, Nina would educate him on e-mail, and the World Wide Web. From her brief presence on Seinfeld, audiences could tell Nina was a woman not to be trifled with.

4 Jerry: Tia Van Camp

Tia Van Camp gave Jerry a taste of his own medicine. It was pretty evident throughout nine seasons of Seinfeld Jerry liked to dump women for the silliest of reasons. Jerry getting dumped by a Calvin Klein model was the most fun in Season 4.

Tia Van Camp worked hard for her success, guessing from her frequent work trips and the fact that she worked closely with Calvin Klein. Tia dumped Jerry after she saw him picking his nose at a traffic light. Safe to say, the woman took care of hygiene, too.

3 George: Marlene

Marlene like Nina dated both Jerry and George on Seinfeld. She was known for her bewitching beauty and seductive voice. Marlene dated George first and the man dumped her for dragging out conversations. She then went to seduce the joke boy Jerry with her voice. Marlene had a psychosexual hold over Jerry.

Marlene's attractive voice was the best thing about her. The woman was also a great storyteller, she could talk for long stretches without boring the other person.

2 Jerry: Elaine Benes

The more fans watch Seinfeld, the more they realize Elaine Benes is one terrific character. Elaine is the best-written character in TV history. Even though she was the only female in a male dynamic, she never compromised on her feminist ideals.

As Jerry's girlfriend, Elaine had every quality one looks for in a partner-- smart, well-read, beautiful, compassionate and a feminist. It's a shame Elaine and Jerry couldn't work out their differences. Although they deeply loved each other in the hearts of their hearts.

1 George: Susan Ross

Susan Ross was an underrated character on Seinfeld. Before she was accidentally murdered by George, he'd asked her to marry him. Susan was undeniably the hardworking, high-impact NBC executive. The President of NBC Russell Dalrymple placed a great deal of faith in her opinion.

Susan became a victim of George and Kramer's shenanigans the day she walked up with George to Jerry's apartment. George didn't deserve a strong, passionate, consistent woman like Susan.
