New York files notice to appeal ruling that restored state’s Democratic presidential primary

The NY commissioners and co-chairs of the state Board of Elections made the notice of appeal in a brief filing in Manhattan Federal Court following Andrew Yang's successful overturn of the BOE decision to cancel the Democratic presidential primary.
