ODOT holds virtual open-house for Central Avenue bridge replacement project

The Ohio Department of Transportation considered a virtual open-house it held Wednesday for a future bridge replacement on Central Avenue to be a trial run, and it lived up to that expectation: it was a bit of a trial.
