Victoria Beckham trolled by fans for picture of Harper in school uniform at home as they tell her ‘get over yourself’

VICTORIA Beckham has been trolled after revealing that her and husband David’s eight-year-old daughter is still wearing her school uniform in lockdown.

The 46-year-old star shared a sweet snap of Harper reading on Instagram yesterday, but it got a mixed response from her followers.

In the photo, Harper is wearing her checked school dress and intently reading a book.

One of the family’s pet dogs, Olive, can also be seen in the distance.

Victoria captioned the post: “Afternoon reading with Olive xx Kisses from #HarperSeven. #HomeschoolDay”.

But some criticised the fact that she was still making Harper wear a uniform at home, with one sniping to the former Spice Girl: “Get over yourself.”

Another added: “How ridiculous.”

While a third moaned: “Does she need to wear a uniform!”

However, others praised Victoria for keeping Harper in a routine, with several saying that they had attempted the homeschooling hack themselves.

Leaping to the star’s defence, one argued: “Perhaps her parents are trying to keep her routine the same as when she is at school and by wearing her uniform, it is the same for her and then once she has finished.”

Another agreed: “She is in uniform. All of mine are too and it makes a huge difference to how they show up.”

One more praised: “Well done for keeping the uniform going. My kid only lasted the first day of lockdown!”

Victoria previously gave fans an insight into homeschooling with the Beckhams, with former footballer David leading art classes with Harper and 15-year-old son Cruz.

The pair are also mum and dad to 17-year-old Romeo and Brooklyn, 21, who is “stranded” in the US with girlfriend Nicola Peltz due to strict lockdown rules.
