Joe Giudice Promoting Adult Toys on Instagram for Mother's Day Sale
The most successful reality TV stars understand that the true money is in the side hustles, the legal side hustles that is. Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member Joe Giudice knows this all too well, for the wrong reasons. Teresa Giudice's estranged husband is in Italy after his latest attempt to appeal his deportation did not work out. He's truly starting his life over after a rough patch which included a 41-month-long prison sentence followed by months in an ICE detention center.
Joe's lawyer persuaded the judge to let him live in Italy instead of the ICE detention while he waited for the appeal decision. However, at this point, it seems very unlikely that Joe will ever be able to return to the United States. Now, Joe is starting to figure out his new normal. The RHONJ husband, who just joined Instagram in late 2019, is trying the social media influencer thing and he's selling some discounted sex toys.
Us Weekly recently reported that Joe's Instagram bio says "Partner, European Distributor, Zalo USA." On April 30, Joe wrote in an Instagram Story, "Proud to be working with the Zalo USA team and their award-winning products." He also endorsed a special Mother's Day promotion, advising his followers to "Give her a Mother’s Day gift she won’t forget" on Tuesday. And now, he's officially a social influencer, adding those promo codes to his profile.
According to the Zalo company website, the company sells "a collection of ornate, high-end adult products with eye-catching aesthetic at the forefront of every piece." The company offers "details like gold plating, jewelry-grade manual enamel processing, real Swarovski crystal touches and silky dow corning food-level silicone" and promises that "every product is a feast for the eyes as much as it is your other senses."
Joe Giudice and Zalo make a surprising pairing. He's the last person that anyone would expect to sell sex toys. Then, throwing Mother's Day into the mix just makes this whole thing so random. But, at least Joe is taking on a legal side hustle this time around. The whole world is in a state of disarray given the coronavirus pandemic. Most people have to stay at home, which limits the type of work that Joe can do. If he wants to make some money by throwing a swipe up link on his Instagram Stories, then good for him (and whoever receives those products).
