Unconscious children, people laying on roads, health workers attending to those affected by styrene vapour leak and residents fleeing were some of the scenes that played out in Visakhapatnam, bringing back grim memories of the 1984 Bhopal gas tragedy. At least 10 persons died and over 5,000 people fell sick after an alleged gas leak from a chemical plant in Vizag.
