Unconscious people, animals turning grey: Scenes outside Vizag plant

Not just human beings, hundreds of cattle, poultry birds, dogs and cats were lying motionless on the roads following white fumes of styrene that engulfed the villages in a radius of about 3 km from the chemical plant.
