Premier League 'wants June 23 D-Day' for contract issues to be sorted

A number of stars, such as Liverpool's Adam Lallana, Manchester City's David Silva and Chelsea's Willian are out of contract on June 30 and will be free to negotiate with new clubs if no deal is offered.
