FURIOUS Loose Women viewers slammed the stars as “hypocrites” for returning to filming.
The show returned from hiatus with Stacey Solomon, Ruth Langsford, Jane Moore and Janet Street Porter after production was halted due to the coronavirus pandemic.

However, their reunion was hit by criticism from viewers as they questioned why the show was back on.
One person said: “#LooseWomen Dont understand why any of them need to be in a studio….. also dont understand why this programme is still on despite of the pandemic [sic.]”
Another added: “Why are you back to work Loosewomen ???? Hipocrites #LooseWomen [sic.]”
A third remarked: “How is #LooseWomen an essential programme.. With 3 presenters.”
Some fans defended the panellists, pointing out that they were following social distancing rules.
One person said: “why are people getting so annoyed about loose women being back on? they are still social distancing in the studio just like they would be if they were going out to the shops so i don’t get what the problem is? @loosewomen #chill #smh”
Another added: “I am loving Loose women today. Finally some people talking sense!”
The Loose Women panel adhered to social distancing rules today, with the three stars were well spaced out, and they looked thrilled to be back.

The show was shut down in a reshuffle of ITV daytime.
There has been some adjustments to the format so that the panellists can maintain a safe distance from each other.
As the show returned, just three women were in the studio and one panellist – today Janet Street Porter – joined from home via video link.
The show will now be live on Mondays and Wednesdays with pre-recorded shows the rest of the week – to limit the footfall at the studios during the coronavirus pandemic.
Two weeks ago the Loose Women returned with a special show broadcast from their homes in tribute to the NHS.
