Rupaul's Drag Race Predictions: Which Queens Will Make It to the Top Four
Who will make the top four of this season's RuPaul's Drag Race? After seeing a double save last week, we have predictions for who will sashay away this week and who will make the top four of the finale on Zoom.
Everyone has their theories of who they think should win Drag Race. The obvious front-runner, Gigi Goode, seemed to have it in the (hand)bag until Jaida Essence Hall came from behind to tie her with three challenge wins. Every fan knows that the number of challenge wins does not necessarily translate to winning the whole season. Shea Coulee won four challenges on season 9 and still lost to Sasha Velour, who had only won two. This is turning out to be a race to the finish between Jaida and Gigi and it seems clear that Sherry Pie makes the top four, but will not be invited to the finale. The question now is which one of these queens will take that coveted fourth spot?
In the teaser for this week's episode, Gigi says that Jaida "is inching closer to securing a spot in the top four", which feels like shade. Jaida has the same number of challenge wins as Gigi. Mama, she is not inching, she is locked in. Jackie Cox and Heidi N Closet were both spared from elimination last week and the rest of the girls Ruveal their disappointment in the decision. Gigi Goode says that as much as she loves Jackie she was "gagged" that the competition is still stuck at six competitors. Jaida chimes in with, "When you send your friend off at the airport that doesn't mean you love them any less". These queens are gunning for that crown and after all... it is not RuPaul's Best Friend Race. Check out the teaser below:
So who will sashay away this week? Our prediction is that this episode will gag the children in a way the show never has... RuPaul will tell the queens that two of them will go home to make up for last week's double save. Instead of an unannounced double elimination, we predict RuPaul will warn the girls that at the end of the episode, two will go home and she will make three of them lip-sync. It is a performing challenge so it is likely we will see Crystal Methyd in the bottom with Jaida and Heidi N Closet. Heidi is an incredible queen and when she is on it's amazing. But sometimes she misses the mark. It is very likely Crystal and Heidi will go home this week or next.
The queens have to write their own one-woman show, which seems like another win for Sherry Pie. The top four prediction is: Sherry Pie, Jaida Essence Hall, Gigi Goode and... Jackie Cox!
