Hello friends! I smoked a pork butt over the weekend, and last night used the leftovers to make some yummy carnitas. I love the traditional barbecue part of a pork butt, but finding all sorts of fun ways to use the leftovers is just as fun and delicious.

The Bundesliga will be the first major league to come back, and we will see how sports-starved the general media landscape is right now. I know I’ll put some of these games on, but I hope that they are able to do this in a way that doesn’t put the public health at risk.

The Whitecaps had at least three players who were training at a public park, observing no social distancing whatsoever. They will enter a quarantine period and may be subject to discipline from the team and/or the league.
