Liverpool Midfielder Reportedly Snubs Rangers in Favour of Ligue 1 Move

Pedro Chirivella is said to have picked Nantes as his next club. Despite a series of impressive cup performances and Liverpool offering him a new deal, the safe money was always on 23-year-old midfielder Pedro Chirivella leaving the Reds on a free this summer in search of a clearer path to regular playing time.
To that end, in recent weeks much was made of Rangers’ interest in the player, with Steven Gerrard said to have made bringing in the Spaniard a top priority. If that was true, it appears he will be missing out on Chirivella the same as Liverpool.
