RHONY: Dorinda Medleys Reacts to Ramona Singer Blaming Her 'Horrible' Behavior on Her
The Real Housewives of New York City's Dorinda Medleys speaks out about Ramona Singer blaming her for her "horrible" behavior. Ramona is always looking for a scapegoat, but Dorinda was not about to accept the responsibility.
Ramona and Dorinda have been close friends for years now and have helped each other through some trying times. Singer has always been outspoken when it came to her opinions, which often found her in hot water with her friends and viewers. During the current season, Singer felt it was necessary to call out Medley for her bad behavior in front of her group of friends, leading to a battle that continued on social media.
The two women have been going at one another for a few weeks now with no end in sight. Medley took aim at her friend for not seeming to care about the worldwide pandemic as she vacationed on a yacht in Florida. Fans are aware that Singer is spending her time down in Florida living her best life, mask free, most of the time as she shares her sunny pictures with her followers. But Medley was quick to jump on her costar when she posted a picture from Memorial Day Weekend where she wore a mask. The mother of one then asked if Singer was trying to do “damage control." However, she had been asked the same question by fans on her earlier posts. Now it is Singer’s turn to turn the table on Medley as she tried to blame her friend for her poor behavior. Fans called out Singer for her rude behavior during last week's episode as they were less than pleased with her actions. One fan tweeted, "Watching RHONYC & I can't deal with how rude @ramonasinger & @SonjaMorgan actualyl are." Ramona responeded to the tweet, writing, "Yes my behavior was horrible." However, it was the last part of the tweet that confused fans. Check out the tweets below:
Ramona then said that her horrible behavior was because of Dorinds. She said that she "should not of [sic] listened to Dorinda." The second half of her tweet left fans feeling confused as to why Ramona belives that Dorinda is to blame for her horrible actions. Dorinsa was swift in retaliation, she tweeted back her disgust, writing that she has "zero influence" on how Ramona chose to act. Even former costar, Barbara Kavovit chimed in saying Singer would no longer be getting "get out of jail free cards" for her bad choices.
Dorinda then revealed that there is a silver lining to this feud with Singer, saying that it had brought her closer to Leah McSweeney, in which she was thankful for. Fans are wise to Singer's same old tricks and do not blame the other women on the show for her poor actions or words.
The Real Housewives of New York airs Thursday at 9pm EST on Bravo.
