Katie Price cuts all ties with ex Kris Boyson as she quits as director of their joint business

KATIE Price has cut all ties with her ex Kris Boyson and quit as director of their joint business.

The 42-year-old called time on the on-off relationship a day after being declared bankrupt.

After Kris moved on with Bianca Gascoigne, Katie is also making a fresh start by ending their business relationship.

The pair set up the company in January 2019.

Katie owned 10 percent of the company according to incorporation documents, while Kris owned 90 percent of the business.

The firm has not submitted any accounts yet, with the first set not due till December.

She remains a director of KP Bling – set up August 2015 – and the accounts are overdue.

The nature of business for the firm in Companies House is “retail sale via stalls and markets of textiles clothing and footwear.”

Her main firm career business has been Jordan Trading since 2003.

It went into liquidation in February 2017 with debts of £41,144, but at its height it held £1.5m in shareholder funds in 2009.

Katie was declared bankrupt in November last year.

After becoming single again, Katie headed to a psychic to see what her future holds.

This, according to the mum of five, was a hugely accurate portrayal of Kris’ behaviour, as she gushed: “Can’t believe how spot on with the things she says.”

Katie, 42, added: “Exciting times coming and again everything true on point.”

The Loose Women panelist is currently living 10 minutes away from ex Peter Andre and their children Junior, 14, and Princess, 12, in rented accommodation with eldest son Harvey, 17.

According to close pals, her medium Psychic Tracey confirmed that her temporary abode is the “first place she has lived ghost free”.
