Atlanta police call out from night shift hours after fellow officer is charged in Rayshard Brooks shooting

An unusually high number of Atlanta police officers called out from the night shift hours after the Fulton County district attorney announced charges against a fellow officer, who fatally shot Rayshard Brooks, a 27-year-old black man, in the back.
