Office Depot appoints Scaglione as new CFO

Office Depot Inc. said late Thursday that D. Anthony Scaglione will become its chief financial officer on July 20. Office Depot shares rose 0.8% after hours, following a 0.4% decline to close the regular session at $2.42. Scaglione currently serves as CFO at ABM Industries Inc. , where his resignation was announced on Wednesday.
