The 52-year-old former glamour model looked incredible wearing her brunette hair down around her shoulder.

She matched the oversized blue and white vertical striped shirt with black jeans and knee-high leather boots.

Leading her tiny white pooch through the enviable post code, Kathy also donned a black coat which she took off when the couple sat down at the cafe.

While relaxing at Cafe Concerto, they spotted a male friend who stopped for a moment.

The Sun newspaper launched the infamous Page 3 section in 1970.

It helped to bring models such as Sam Fox, Linda Lusardi and Katie Price into the limelight.

The section was retired in 2015, but Channel 4 is marking 50 years since its launch in a documentary about it.

The one-off programme, aptly called Page Three, will feature various glamour girls who made their name in this paper.
