China attacked over its ‘weak’ defence of new Hong Kong security law - ‘Totally absurd!’

THE Chinese Government's justification after being accused of violating their Hong Kong treaty with the UK has been slammed as "totally absurd" by former Foreign Secretary Sir Malcolm Rifkind.
