US military turns the tables in northeast Syria, blocks Russian convoy
BEIRUT, LEBANON (8:45 P.M.) – The U.S. military has responded to the Syrian Arab Army’s (SAA) moves to block their forces in northeast Syria by obstructing two Russian patrols in the Al-Hasakah Governorate on Thursday.
According to reports from the Al-Hasakah countryside, the first Russian patrol that was blocked by the U.S. forces took place near Al-Dardara Bridge.
This high traffic bridge has been the scene of several road obstructions over the last few weeks, as both the Syrian Army and Russian forces have blocked the U.S.
