Boots stores closing: 'Real reason' for company decline revealed as 4,000 jobs cut

BOOTS today announced it will close 48 Boots Opticians stores across the country as an "acceleration" of their company restructure first outlined in 2019, but a retail expert warned at the time why he thought it could be too late to address its market share decline.
