Waters on pursuing Pres. Trump's tax returns: 'We think we can prevail on this'

The Supreme Court blocked Congress from gaining access to President Trump’s taxes, at least for now. Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) says Congress will continue to pursue access to the records saying, “We think we can prevail on this.”
