Loma Put In New Fishing License Requirement Being Enforced?

Loma (as well as several of the boat ramps near my home in Glenwood Springs CO) now requires a CO fishing license to use. Has anyone experienced anyone checking fishing licenses at any of the State Wildlife Area boat ramps in Colorado?

Are there any other ramps in the area besides at Fruita State Park and Rimrock Outfitters?

I got a resident license - they are cheap and don't mind contributing to keep boat ramps open since I use them all time. But this does put a financial burden on out...
