A Punjabi youth from Shutrana town in Patiala district has died under mysterious circumstances in Canada. The deceased has been identified as Harminder Singh, 22. He had gone to Canada in the year 2017 to study computers and after completing his studies, he was seeking permanent residency in Canada.
