NGT directs KoPT chairman and KMDA OSD to inspect Hooghly riverfront

The National Green Tribunal (NGT), Eastern Zone bench, on Tuesday, directed the chairman of Kolkata Port Trust (KoPT) and officer on special duty (OSD) of KMDA to inspect the Hooghly riverfront and check whether a part of the river has been encroached to build a pathway and a memorial.
