Former Madras high court judge to conduct South Indian Artistes' Association elections

Justice Padmanabhan was named by the first bench of the Madras high court comprising Chief Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul and Justice T S Sivagnanam, which gave three months' time to complete the poll process.
