Moga bus incident: Police file challan in court

Almost three months after a teenage girl died after being pushed out of a moving bus, Bagha Purana police filed a challan against four accused under charges of murder, attempt to murder and SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act in the court of ilaqa magistrate Amit Kumar.
