The most likely area for it to show up in is west of Thieves Landing in the immediate vicinity of Stillwater Creek. Players should search around this area first to see if it pops up. If it isn't here then players should also go northwest of Thieves Landing and check out the Manzanita Post area to see if it spawns there. To increase the chances of finding it, players should search during the middle of the day while the weather is dry as the boar tends to prefer this type of weather the most.

The Wakpa boar will charge at the player immediately upon being seen, so the best course of action is to be quiet and try to get a solid vantage point on the animal.
