RHOBH: Denise's Story About Brandi Doesn't Add Up | Screen Rant
As fans of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills counted down the days, waiting to hear which other Housewives Brandi Glanville told Denise Richards she slept with, the RHOBH were waiting for Denise to either own up to Brandi's claims or defend herself. According to her fellow Housewives, she did neither.
Instead, the RHOBH heard conflicting stories from Denise regarding Brandi. While at the dinner table, Denise said she hadn't spoken to Brandi. However, the following day, after that initial big Rome reveal, Denise revealed to the Housewives that she had talked to Brandi the night before Kyle's party.
On last night's episode of RHOBH, "Rome Part Deux", on Bravo TV, the girls were lucky enough to continue their she said/she said drama at the gorgeous & breathtaking Villa Agrippina Gran Melia Hotel. Instead of getting the answers they were seeking, the RHOBH were left to wonder if Denise was telling the truth. As Erika put it, "Either Brandi Glanville is one huge a*s liar or Denise is covering her bases like crazy." Fans got to finally hear Denise tell the group at dinner her side. This was that Brandi is full of lies and is calling the accusations "slander." Denise once again made sure it was known, as she told Rinna one on one: "I do not have an open marriage and I have not cheated on my husband." Denise told Rinna she thinks Brandi is saying all this for "shock value." Denise also mentioned to Lisa that Brandi told Denise that the Housewives said bad things about Denise. This is when Rinna started to question everything Denise was saying.
In Rinna's confessional she said, "Denise told me she didn't talk to Brandi last night before Kyle's party and this morning she's telling me that she did. The night before Denise said to the group at dinner "I have not spent much time with her. I don't talk to her." Even when Teddi asked Denise if she talked to Brandi leading up to Kyle's party, Denise said "no, never." A baffled Lisa followed up in her confessional, "this is really f'ing confusing." Teddi, in her confessional, also called out Denise: "The problem is the night before she said she never talked to Brandi, so which one is it Denise? You barely know Brandi or you know her and you've heard someone else is feeding her all this info?"
Later, that second night in Rome during dinner, Denise told everyone at the table that (without naming names, because she won't cross that line) Brandi confided to Denise that she "had sex with some of the people from this group." To which Kyle then looked at Rinna and said, "that would only be me or you". This new and sudden revelation made her fellow RHOBH cast mates think she was making it all up. Kyle Richards told Denise she didn't believe she said that, and in her confessional, said if that was true: "why didn't she say that last night?" Rinna, known for owning it, said to the group, "I've never had sex with a woman" and told Denise not to put that out there. Rinna (in her confessional) also called out Denise, "If you're trying to deflect, it's not working." Kyle earlier also brought up the point that Brandi would never lie, especially after the lawsuit that went down between she and Joanna Krupa.
From the looks of last night, one can guess what the RHOBH Reunion will look like and who took who's side... and who will be sitting with who. We learned that Denise, Dori and Garcelle stayed up til 2:00 am hashing out what went down. On the other side were the rest of the other Housewives, Kyle, Lisa, Teddi and Erika. They were banding together, not knowing who to believe and still offended by supposed nasty comments Denise made about them.
We all know Brandi has been front and center in social media, tweeting supposed tweets between she and Denise, while making plans to get together in Northern California. Funnily enough, last night Garcelle asks Denise if Brandi will have tweets as evidence and Denise flat out said no. Time will tell if Brandi comes out with more supposed evidence of their tryst. As of now fans of the RHOBH are left to come up with their own conclusions and either be #TeamDenise or #TeamBrandi
