Checkpoints in midlands to ensure compliance with rules

Gardaí in the midlands have set up a series of Covid-19 checkpoints in a bid to ensure the public are complying with the new Government restrictions, as new measures for counties Laois, Offaly and Kildare have been in place since midnight.
