The results of the second Friday practice session for the 2020 70th Anniversary GP would see the Williams Racing Team drivers finish in 16th ans 19th positions. It would be a session that would not raise any surprises with George again finishing ahead of Nicholas as both drivers worked through their normal Friday programme. Again the results showed that Williams Racing is significantly faster than in 2019 but yet to move into that proper midfield battle with their fight been with the Haas and Alfa Romeo teams.
