Britain’s largest family fill table with huge chinese takeaway after mum-of-22 Sue Radford says it’s been a ‘busy week’
ORDERING a chinese takeaway when you have 22 kids is a large and potentially expensive occasion, as the Radfords proved last night.
Britain’s largest family showed off their Friday night dinner after mum Sue said they’d had a “busy week filming”.
Sue and Noel Radford showed off what chinese takeaway night looks like in their home[/caption]Sue, 45, from Morecambe, Lancs, who gave birth to her 22nd child Heidie during lockdown, shared a video of her brood tucking into a vast spread.
She wrote on Instagram: “Chilling in the garden waiting on a Chinese after a very busy week filming… oh bliss.”
The family were sitting in the garden of their 10-bedroom former care home house, which has been decorated during lockdown to include a hot tub and an outdoor bar.
The Radfords are Britain’s biggest family, with Noel and Sue parents to Chris, 30, Sophie, 26, Chloe, 24, Jack, 22, Daniel, 20, Luke, 19, Millie, 18, Katie, 17, James, 16, Ellie, 14, Aimee, 13, Josh, 12, Max, 11, Tillie, nine, Oscar, eight, Casper, seven, Hallie, four, Phoebe, four, Archie, two, Bonnie, one and Heidie, three months.

The couple famously don’t claim any benefits apart from Child Benefit and rely on Noel’s bakery business to make ends meet.
Sue and Noel revealed they are currently filming a TV show, which is due to air towards the end of the year.
In May, they said on YouTube: “We’re filming for a series at the moment.”
Noel added: “It’s a series this time, a three-part.
“We started filming but everything that has been filmed has been by us. They sent all the big cameras, the tripod, the Go-Pros, everything and all the interviews have been done via Zoom.
“I’ve been doing the filming, Luke’s done a bit of the filming so I think when it does go on the telly you will definitely notice it’s not been done professionally.”
It’s not the first time the family has been filmed for TV, and first appeared on Channel 4 in a documentary called ’15 kids and counting’ in 2012.
Noel added: “We’re not with Channel 4 anymore.”
“Watch this space,” Sue added. “We’re not sure when it will be shown. It might be the end of the year, beginning of next year.”
The busy parents have been in charge of homeschooling their large brood during the pandemic.
Part of the lockdown fun has included putting up a huge paddling pool for the kids to cool down in.
Sue, who has spent more than 800 weeks of her life pregnant, has sworn this will be her last baby — but has said the same in the past.
At Easter, Sue also showed off a gigantic chocolate egg wall that she had made in her lounge for the entire family.
And after she gave birth, the doting mum shared a snap of her brood tucking into a vast spread of delicious-looking Domino’s pizza on their lounge floor.
