ICAC needs to look at Treasurer's office icare salary scandal

Former Independent Commission Against Corruption counsel Geoffrey Watson says the payment of salaries of two personal staff of the NSW Treasurer by the scandal-ridden insurance body icare should be referred to ICAC.
