BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Mayor Brown is reminding city residents to take five minutes this weekend to fill out the 2020 Census. The census can be completed on your phone. Buffalo’s current response rate is 50.4 percent. The census count helps determine federal funding for key public projects and programs.
