Elizabeth's brother Charlie from 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? is the epitome of a hot-headed American. Many believe he should feel embarrassed for how he acted while being a guest in a foreign country.
Elizabeth Potthast from 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? is afraid that her American family will be too judgmental of Moldova. But what the reality stat should really be nervous about is the fact that her family openly enjoys challenging her husband, Andrei Castravet. In the past, the two families have failed to see eye to eye. Many of the miscommunications have stemmed from Andrei acting brusquely but thanks to recent episodes fans can now see that the Potthast family has their own attitude problems.
Currently, Chuck Potthast, Elizabeth’s father, is grilling his son-in-law about the reason for leaving his home country. The dinner has turned from a lighthearted get together into a nasty tit for tat with Libby’s brother, Charlie, at the helm.
Sunday’s all-new episode 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After will show Charlie standing up to Andrei and antagonizing him after a few choice words were shared. The Moldovan has been acting extra alpha since his return home and his brother-in-law is not a fan. For many viewers, Charlie represents the American stereotype- loud, obnoxious, and full of his own opinion. Instead of simmering down, the young Floridan kept running his mouth, embarrassing himself in front of the rest of the table. Andrei, of course, was not backing down either, but fans are used to his antics. Libby did nothing to stop the fight, instead opting to sit in between them silently. The show has been criticized for only showing how bad the other countries can be but now viewers are getting a chance to really see how some American’s act when they have left their homeland.
It has recently also come to light that Elizabeth’s father may be running a scam of his own. After endlessly accusing his son-in-law of sketchy behavior, it has come to the attention of fans that Chuck may no longer have a leg to stand on since evidence has surfaced that he had been accused of acting like a slum lord. Fans were never comfortable with the fact that the Potthast family were so negative towards Andrei and wonder if their behavior was fueled by their need to keep their criminal past a secret from the new family member.
