MIDDLE-aged men from Barnstaple are most likely to find the voice of virtual assistant Alexa sexy, a poll found.
A third in the Devon town admitted they sometimes “got horny” listening to her.
Of those, 65 per cent were aged 40 to 55.
Meanwhile, 31 per cent of blokes in Hull and 30 per cent in Chester also said her voice got them hot under the collar.
Scots were least impressed, with just over 21 per cent from Glasgow fancying Alexa’s tones.
The poll also found that Alexa’s sultry voice did it for men more than it did for women.
Overall, 35 per cent of men admitted they fancied their virtual assistant’s voice, compared with just 16 per cent of women.

And Alexa was found to be the sexiest of all the voice assistants, with 25 per cent fancying her.
That compares with 14 per cent of men who like the sound of their Google Assistant’s voice and eight per cent for Apple’s Siri.
A spokesman for the pollsters said: “Virtual assistants have become the latest sexual fantasy.”
