Chelsea Clinton in Haiti to visit family foundation projects

PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti - Chelsea Clinton on Tuesday encouraged women to educate themselves and learn how to be more independent during a trip to Haiti to oversee projects financed by the Clinton Foundation.
