Multilevel parking lots elude South Delhi

South Corporation’s promise to operationalize three multilevel parking facilities in south Delhi by July-end falls flat. When TOI visited the sites in Hauz Khas, Munirka and Kalkaji, it found that the underground parking lots are nowhere near completion.
