Selling Sunset: Does Davina Sell the 75 Million Dollar House?
Davina Potratz from Selling Sunset is one of the most successful real estate agents in the Oppenheim Group. The biggest listing she has ever had is 75 million dollars at North Beverley Hills Drive. So, what's the status of that house now? Has she sold it yet?
Davina has great contacts and sold several million-dollar properties in her career. By going against her Boss, Jason Oppenheim, she took the 75 million dollar property as a pocket listing. She has been struggling to find buyers for this insanely gorgeous mansion, as it's way too expensive (or overpriced). The brokerage has dealt with houses ranging from 3 million dollars to 40 million dollars in the past. And Jason thinks that this one is indeed out of their scope. That's why he told Davina to not take this listing. And if she really wants it, then she has to convince her client and ask him to bring down the price to 60 million dollars. The billionaire client, Adnan Sen, didn't agree to go down beyond 75 million dollars. He threatened Davina that this listing might be out of her extent, and he would look for another realtor for guidance. But, the realtor stood her ground and asked her best friend Christine Quinn to help her sell this listing. The blonde bombshell has been making efforts to search for potential buyers. She showed the house to her now-husband Christian Richard, hoping that his filthy rich connections might be interested in this house.
But, Christine's expertise and Christian's connections are also falling short because the house is still on the market. According to Oppenheim Group's website, the Beverly Hills contemporary estate worth 75 million dollars is an active listing. Perhaps, Davina and Christine need to come up with an out of the box idea to make people aware of this listing. Something like the burgers and botox thing!
Simultaneously, the client might have to go a little further down on the asking price. Being a successful broker for many years, Jason quoted 60 million dollars as the closing price. So, maybe that's what the actual worth of this house is.
Still, viewers are really eager to watch who on earth can really buy this uber-expensive mansion. It is spread across 18,000 square feet and has one of Beverly Hill's biggest pools, along with 9 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. Let's hope there is season 4 so that viewers can see how much it actually sells for. And watch if Christine and Davina have any disagreements regarding the commission.
All episodes of Selling Sunset are available to stream on Netflix.
