The Spurs boss is already close to completing a deal for Southampton midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and wants to spend up to £70m by cashing in on the likes of Kyle Walker-Peters, who could begin a defensive revamp, along with Serge Aurier, Danny Rose and Juan Foyth.
Aurier has held talks with AC Milan in recent weeks, whilst Foyth hasn’t featured since December, with newly-promoted Leeds United interested. Both are expected to be sold this summer.
