5 Arrowverse Characters Libra Will Relate To (& 5 They Won't Understand)
The Arrowverse is full of amazing characters, heroes, villains, and sidekicks, who have played an important part in its multiple shows. Since so many of the main characters are superheroes determined to fight crime and punish those who commit evil deeds, one could think that all the superheroes would have a strong sense of justice, and would, therefore, be relatable to Libras, who are all about justice and balance. But it doesn't work that way.
While it's true that the Arrowverse does contain a lot of characters who will sit well with the social and gracious Libras, there are also those heroes Libras will have a hard time to understand.
10 Will Relate: John Diggle
John Diggle started out as a supporting character on Arrow but he quickly became one of the show's main heroes. He was Oliver Queen's best friend and also served as Arrow's voice of consciousness.
John has a strong moral compass and when he does something bad, he struggles with it a lot, like he did after he was forced to kill his brother. His sense of justice is something that makes his relatable to Libras who are all about balance and diplomacy. John is a fighter but he's at his best when he uses his words, not guns, to solve a problem.
9 Won't Understand: Malcolm Merlyn
Libras want justice for people, they have a strong social sense and strive to make the world a better place. Malcolm Merlyn, on the other hand, always thinks of himself above others, and this doesn't change even when he loves someone.
He proclaims to love his daughter Thea but he still puts her in danger multiple times, manipulates her, and brainwashes her, just to get what he wants and he doesn't take Thea's feelings or wishes into consideration.
8 Will Relate: Laurel Lance
Laurel Lance and John make a good duo since they're in many ways similar. Laurel also strongly believes in right and wrong, and when she finds out that Oliver is the Green Arrow and previously killed people, it takes her a while to come to terms with the news since she shakes her worldview.
But in the end, she does the right thing and continues to fight for the people of her city who need justice and someone to help them and can't get justice from the official authorities.
7 Won't Understand: Sara Lance
Whenever possible, Libras prefers to avoid direct conflict. They're peaceful people by nature and don't like to fight other people, neither verbally nor mentally. Sara, on the other hand, may have started as a somewhat naive student but after the shipwreck and her training with the League of Assassins, she became so much more.
She's a fighter but her sometimes more violent disposition might be just a bit too much for Libras. Unlike her older sister Laurel, Sara has killed people, and even though she later regretted it in some cases, she still was capable of it.
6 Will Relate: Cisco Ramon
Libras try to see the world in a positive light and Cisco is one of those people who keeps trying to help others, no matter how many times life throws problems and heartbreaks into his way.
He also realized that he doesn't need a special power to be a hero, which is something Libras are often trying to achieve. Libras are social creatures and Cisco doesn't like to be alone, he wants people around him who will be there for him and will ideally laugh at his jokes as well.
5 Won't Understand: Oliver Queen
It's true that Oliver Queen is a good guy who dedicated a significant part of his life to fighting crime but his methods sometimes leave a lot to be desired, especially in the beginnings of his solo career.
Libras strongly believe in justice and by killing the criminals he's fighting, Oliver often plays the judge, jury, and the executioner, which might not sit well with the more liberal Libras who believe every person deserves the chance to be treated fairly.
4 Will Relate: Cecile Horton
Cecile Horton may not have been on The Flash as long as other characters but she quickly became one of the fan-favorites. Cecile works as a metahuman lawyer, and as such, she believes fighting for the rights of others is a very important thing.
Cecile is a compassionate person whose ability to read the emotions of others makes her a great friend any person could ask for, and her desire for justice makes her relatable to Libras.
3 Won't Understand: Damien Darhk
Villains often don't make it easy to be relatable to the fans and Damien Darhk was one of those.
Libras might appreciate his love for his family, but it's difficult to overlook that this is the same man who not only killed Laurel and countless others but also let his only daughter be possessed by a demon when she was just a child which is a big no-no for the compassionable Libras.
2 Will Relate: Kara Danvers
Just like any proper hero, Kara Danvers aka Supergirl also sometimes doubts herself and isn't sure if she chose the best way possible. But despite that, Kara does her best to bring balance, love, and light to the world. She strives to make people's lives better and doesn't discriminate against aliens as well.
Libras believe everybody is innocent until proven guilty and Kara assumes this approach for herself which is one of the reasons why she became the Paragon of Hope in the crossover Crisis on Infinite Earths.
1 Won't Understand: Rene Ramirez
Just like so many characters on this list, Rene Ramirez underwent a serious transformation during his time in the Arrowverse. But when he started out, he wasn't the most likable or relatable character.
Rene had some serious anger issues going on, and he could be overly violent and argumentative, so the usually calm and balanced Libras would have a hard time getting along with him if they met him in real life.
