Scotland warned U-turn risks 'devaluing' 2020 exams as UK refuses to cave in to demands

THE SCOTTISH Government's U-turn on exam results will "create its own injustice", according to Schools minister Nick Gibb, who confirmed the UK Government has no intention of doing the same.
