Biker fatally struck by Ford in Archer Heights
Charges are pending against the driver, police said.
A biker was struck and killed by a vehicle Friday in Archer Heights on the Southwest Side.
The man was riding about 6 p.m. in the 5100 block of South Archer Avenue when he was struck by a Ford, Chicago police said.
The 75-year-old man was pronounced dead on the scene, police said.
Charges are pending against the 56-year-old driver, police said.
The Major Accidents unit is investigating.
