Tottenham Hotspur enjoyed the perfect start to their pre-season campaign after they comfortably swept aside Ipswich Town 3-0 in a friendly at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

The home side raced into a three-goal lead within the half-hour mark courtesy of an early strike by Ryan Sessegnon and a well-taken brace by Son Heung-min.

It was plain sailing from that point on as the Lilywhites effortless knocked the ball around for the rest of the game, with Paul Lambert’s side almost posing no threat to the Spurs goal.
